RETURN POLICY


  • All returns must be received within 14 days of receiving/purchasing your order for refunds and/or store/online credit.  Refunds will only be processed for items returned within 7 days (see conditions below).  Any returns between 7-14 days will receive store credit (see conditions below).
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days from date received/purchased.
  • Items must be unworn, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
  • All clearance, intimate apparel, pre-orders, and accessories (jewelry, hats, gloves, scarves, sunglasses, handbags, briefcases, etc.) are final sale.
  • All returns are processed within 2-3 business days. Refunds often take 5-7 business days beyond that to show up on your account (based on bank).
  • Please enclose the original receipt so we can locate your order efficiently and quickly process your return.  NOTE, this includes texts and emails.  NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RECEIPT.
  • Gift cards must be present to be used.  Our store does not maintain gift card records.  Lost and/or misplaced gift cards will not be replaced.
